My home base is the lovely Cape Town South Africa, but willing and able to travel anywhere in the world.

It was also very helpful that you took such care to select the appropriate crockery and cutlery for the each function to enhance your gorgeous cuisine.
Your staff give us superb service and are professional in every respect. Most importantly, your food is always exquisite! Your flavour combinations and subtle touches are intricately interwoven to create some culinary masterpieces that will be long remembered. In particular, I’m still daydreaming of your Salmon and Caviar Macaroons!

With an eye for food styling, she always come to the party with delivering a menu which speaks perfectly to our concept. Her cuisine is always incredibly presented, experiential food – always within budget. Her ability to customize menus and tailor each event we had to the type of guest’s attending was unbelievable.

Zoe cooked for us in the villa we were renting for our holidays, as we were visiting family in Cape Town. My mother in law had just injured herself and we couldn’t go out to a restaurant as planned, so Zoe saved the day! At very short notice she prepared us the most wonderful Asian Fusion dinner, a collection of beautiful dishes, from seared tuna to grilled fish with sweet chilli jam and (my mother in law’s favourite) coriander tiger prawns. Zoe prepared us a huge variety of different dishes which all looked incredible (very colourful!) and tasted absolutely delicious. Cherry on top of the cake: she couldn’t have been more lovely. I would definitely recommend her as a chef!

We maintain a house in Constantia, Cape Town which we visit for 3 months during the Northern Hemisphere winter.
During this time we have employed Zoe to come to the house once every 3 days to prepare and serve a dinner, and at the same time to prepare a lunch for the following day.
We have found Zoe to be an exceptionally pleasant and agreeable person whose culinary skills are first class. We could not ask more of any person providing such services.
